“We hope to build up the future workforce of diverse talent by imparting resources and information from today’s working experts who foresee advancements in tech such as A.I., job outsourcing, and the impacts of a Covid-driven economy. These factors have affected the efforts of recent graduates to land stable careers. The timing is crucial while seasoned career stakeholders are shifting to early retirement or affected by huge layoffs,” says NCRF’s Internships and Careers Director Denise Parker.
