INCATech receives “Back to Business” Award for the innovations made, to functionally operate after returning to the office amidst a life-changing pandemic.

Naturally, we had to recognize that COVID not only impacted our business, but also the lives and business operations of all our customers. Our innovation goals during this time were to adopt the customer’s mission as our own and offer them a maximum level of flexibility in finding creative ways to effectively sustain and support their mission. We increased our investment in Research & Development to create demonstratable solutions to the challenges and problems our government’s customers are facing. Over the last two years we have added services to better help our customers meet their challenges. We have also grown from 3 technical practice areas to 5 adding Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Acquisition & Financial Services (AFS) to our existing practice areas of Geospatial Information System (GIS), Cloud & Platform Services (CPS), and User Centered Design (UCD).

To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, now being almost 100% remote and serving a 100% remote customer base, we implemented a Strategic Goal Deployment in our organization. This Goal Deployment framework is an action-oriented set of goals, objectives, and measures that decompose the overall company level business goals into objectives and tactics that are deployed to each Operating Group, Project, and Practice area in the company.
